The Amir Kabir residential tower is a large-scale project covering an area of 70,500 square meters. It has 233 residential units and 4 commercial floors, measuring a total of 5,436 square meters. The tower comprises 29 floors and the design and implementation were divided into phases one and two. Construction began in 2015 (1394 in the Iranian calendar) and is still ongoing.

The tower’s design and implementation include structural design, electrical and mechanical installations, as well as on-site supervision. The tower aims to provide modern and luxurious living spaces for its residents, as well as commercial spaces for businesses.

Once completed, the Amir Kabir tower will serve as a residential hub and contribute to the local economy by attracting commercial businesses to the area, making it a key feature of the project.
