Covering an area of 75,000 square meters, this project features 333 residential units divided among 3 blocks of 18 floors each. The architectural design for Phase 1 and 2, alongside structural design and electrical and mechanical installations, will be provided with on-site supervision.

The project was initiated in 2011.
